Man, when I am on a fractal kick, it comes like a flash flood. I think I have found a new and better way of coloring for myself. I will have to experiment some more to see if I like it enough to incorporate it into my style of fractaling.

Looks like green ribbons spiralling around marbles of some sort of lightgreen jewels.
