oh there are layers in fractals? like in photoshop?
i'm just asking cz i have no idea how to make a fractal!i don't even have a fractal program!

Yes, there are layers in ultra fractal. I don't know about other fractal programs, but it ultra fractal many layers can be used. My personal record is thirty five. However, many of my friends of DA have reached over one hundred.

It can get complicated, I will admit. However, it doesn't have to be. Th render time is pretty good and I have an older computer.
