This fractal is my entry to the Back to Fractal Class (Please full view to see all the detailed goodies. OK? OK!)
I am inspired by two major things in life. My music and my love for documentaries. A week ago I watched a documentary on Minoan Ancient Society and fell in love with the art that was portrayed. The shapes and colors of this Mediterranean culture was just awe inspiring!
I wanted to reproduce said art only with a worn and languished feeling. Like the salt in the air had worn away the beauty of the paint and the detail of the lines. I hope I captured what I was after.
Comments, questions and critiques are both welcomed and appreciated. Enjoy!

excellent... I think you more than reached your goal... I love the palette, which is striking, and very mediterranean... and the texture and patterns do feel salty and worn... beautiful concept and superb execution, Jamie...
